In emergency situations, the ability to provide immediate notifications, particularly in situations when every second counts, can be a lifesaver. In response to this need, ASP has developed a tool that is unique in the industry: ASP Mobile Security System.
ASP Mobile Security Application System comprises of the ASP Mobile Security Smartphone/Tablet application and the ASP Mobile Security Web application.
Fast crisis communication and incident management, preventing situations from escalating into threatening, dangerous, or potentially tragic events.
Simple and intuitive user interface design.
Robust messaging system - no matter if you're sending crisis communication or routine information, you can rest assured that your messages will be received by all intended recipients.
Automatic failover to SMS or voice calls when Internet connectivity is not available.
Multi-device support - deploy messages using a mobile device application or Web browser.
Full support for location services: shows exact real-time location of the system users, using GPS system, tri-angulation of a GSM network or a Wi-Fi signal.
This functionality respects privacy and works only if location services are enabled by the user.
Logging of all events – each action is written in the system log on the server.
Mobile application can be installed on smartphones and tablet devices, and is compatible with both Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
Available for Android and iPhone, trough Google Play / App Store, ensuring easy installation and automatic updates.
Communications accomplished by the press of a single on-screen button, thus saving precious time in crisis situations where every second counts.
Each key contains a graphic, symbolic description of the incident type, as in emergency situations, communication can be significantly compromised by highly elevated stress levels. With easy to understand symbols, even in highly stressful environment, user can be assisted by technologies that simplify the communication process.
Each on-screen button can have different incident or scenario assigned, and number of buttons, incident or scenario types are fully user customizable.
By pressing a single button, user is able to simultaneously call one pre-designated telephone number and/or send a text and/or e-mail message to a list of pre-defined recipients.
Some buttons can be defined to show procedure for certain scenario: for example quick step by step guide what to do in case of fire in the building, or earthquake.
Each activation of the incident or scenario is written in the system log on the server, which can be later reviewed on the PC trough Web Interface.
Each message broadcasted to users is also kept in system logs. System logs contain all relevant information about the incident, and even geo-location if that function was enabled in the system. All those features are incorporated to make preparation of periodic reports more efficient and accurate.
Each user is identified to the system by way of entering unique Username and Password.
Application screen is automatically created to contain only buttons that have access to application features in compliance with user’s access rights and team membership.
Due to dynamic application configuration single device (smartphone/tablet) can be shared between multiple users, if needed.
Users can send geo-tagged check in and out notifications to the server, which can be useful to identify if the security guards are on their positions or if they have visited all check-points on the patrol.
All notifications are written in the system log.
Application via incorporated geo-location function can be used to send, with a single press of a button, silent Panic alarms.
Other use can be sending “I am safe” message in the case of natural disasters, riots or terroristic attacks.
System is made to be easily customized to client needs and typical scenarios.
ASP Mobile Security Web application is the core, server side, application of the ASP Mobile Security Application System.
All customization and access rights management and team/group composition is performed trough ASP Mobile Security Web interface.
Local Application Administrator creates users and teams, team leaders and users who are team members. One team can have more than one team leader.
Team Leaders can send broadcast messages to their teams, receive notifications from their team-members, and see all incidents (open or closed) reported. Team Leaders have access to ASP Mobile Security Web application.
Using the same interface broadcast messages can be sent to all or a specific group of users, users/teams can be geo-located, list of incidents can be reviewed, commented and marked as “closed”.
All system logs can be easily exported in Microsoft Excel format.
