From 19 to 22 November 2018, ASP International organises in Cyprus a comprehensive Country Managers training, including real time exercise on Security Risk Management and Crisis communication.

The session will adress various topics in order to offer a wide ranging training, such as analysing facts versus intuitions, Security Risk Assessment and matrix, evacuation plans, crisis communication, Project Quality Management and standards, IcoCa requirements, Vetting process, Use of Force, Human rights and Labor law.

Participants, current Country Managers, will have the opportunity to refresh their knowledge and share their respective experiences.
