ASP Ltd became in December majority shareholder of Protecto Security company, based in France, in the framework of a win-win partnership strategy. This acquisition will improve ASP potential to operate in France, and thus allow the Cyprus-based company to step into the French market. Protecto will benefit from ASP resources, network and experience to expand its business abroad.

This partnership is the result of a working process on expanding and diversifying activities.
